Brief: Outline planning application

An indicative masterplan and associated studies were prepared by BE1 in collaboration with DLP Planning, on behalf of Milton Keynes Development Partnership, who represent the land owner, Milton Keynes Council.

The site’s allocation for a housing development in the adopted Newport Pagnell Neighbourhood Plan has set the initial design parameters, which were then tested and explored in depth as part of an intensive pre-application engagement with the Local Authority and the local community, fed by an on-going specialists’ contribution.

BE1 prepared the information for and attended a public exhibition event which took place in January 2019, as part of the pre-application engagement. The event was extremely well attended and provided the project team with valuable feedback from the local community.
