SCOPE 5 - Full Planning
Submission Stage ARCHITECTURE
We will prepare detailed design
proposals, based on measured survey
information developed using
BIM software level 2, including:
• site plans
• general arrangement floor plans
and roof plan
• sections and elevations
• 3D massing of the building(s) on
the site
• street scenes
• internal and external visualisations
• outline specification of materials
• Schedule of Accommodation
• Design & Access Statement, and
• room data sheets
• equivalent to RIBA Work Stages 3-4
• technical drawings, details and
specification
• Building Regulations submission.
