                1-3 day analysis, consisting of:
                •  a desktop site analysis, including:
                  ◦ orientation
                  ◦ site context
                  ◦ site history
                  ◦ review of surrounding neighbourhood
                  ◦ masterplan
                  ◦ policy guidance
                •  review of design guidelines and standards
                  defined in local planning policies
                •  review of development potential if a
                  brief exists
                •  equivalent to RIBA Work Stages 0-1.
